We have recently invested heavily into new machinery and factory upgrades. This is an exciting chapter for Capalex. Now we’re looking for 2 new Production Operators to join the team.
What You’ll Get:
- 3 day week – Monday – Wednesday (36 hours) – more time for you (Hrs or work 6am to 6.30pm)
- Full Training – Including externally recognised courses
- Profit Share Scheme – significant pay-outs year after year
- Equivalent to 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company pension – matched up to 6%
- Death in Service Scheme included in pension – 5 x annual salary
- GP 24hr service for members of Aegon Pension Scheme, which includes their immediate family at the same address.
- Above minimum wage Hourly Rate (£12.66 or £23,699.52 per annum) Shift allowance applied extra £1.50/hr (outside of normal shift pattern only)
