Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA looking to make a real difference in children's lives? Here at Academics we are seeking to appoint a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive team in Leighton Buzzard.
Working across Reception to Year 4, your role will include delivering targeted interventions, covering classes to release teachers for PPA, and providing short-term or unplanned absence cover. You will work closely with class teachers and play a key role in supporting pupils as they begin their learning journey.
