Warehouse Team Leader

Warehouse Team Leader Shift: 2am – 11am Monday to Friday Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our client and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their warehouse operations during the night shift. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods using Counterbalance and Reach Forklift trucks Lead, coach, and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and promote a safe working environment Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and audits Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimise workflow Requirements: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage Flexible, reliable, and committed to team success If you\’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys motivating others, we\’d love to hear from you.
