With a salary of up to £44,000 and car allowance of £5,400, this role offers a fantastic package of benefits. You will enjoy a Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm work schedule, private medical insurance, and an annual bonus incentive scheme. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to improve patient outcomes in line with Diabetes guidelines
  • Identify and optimise care for patients with sub-optimally controlled Type 2 diabetes
  • Conduct point of care testing and refer for specialist insulin treatment as needed
  • Provide education, support, and advice to patients with Type 2 Diabetes
  • Fulfil corporate nursing responsibilities and contribute to a proactive care approach

Requirements:

  • A Diabetes diploma or equivalent EN qualification
  • At least 3 years of post-registration experience managing diabetes in primary care
  • Strong knowledge and confidence in providing education and advice to Type 2 Diabetes patients
  • Skills in optimising oral hypoglycaemics
  • A full driving licence and current NMC registration
  • IT literacy, including primary care systems
