Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment Agency in London is recruiting an Area Manager for a leading Operator of QSR Fast Food Restaurants. You will oversee 5 sites in the Blackpool area, supporting site managers in delivering on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor General Managers and drive profitability, and exceptional customer service. You will act as a mentor and leader for restaurant General Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards and values.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Site Manager, General Manager or Area Manager for Costa, Starbucks, KFC, Taco Bell or similar brands.
- Bachelor's degree (Business/Hospitality)
- 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR or other hospitality.
- Proven track in operational improvements and achievement of business goals.
- Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable.

- Strong P&L management, data analysis, and performance metrics.
