A Local Authority in South Wales is seeking an experienced Social Worker who is locally based for their Family Support & Protection service which works directly with children and families to prevent harm.
Here are the details:
- Will be joining a small and stable team that has a supportive manager who provides regular and effective supervision - at least once a month.
- The team operate a hybrid working pattern where you can work from home 2-3 times a week helping you balance other commitments with work.
- Caseloads are very well managed within the team and the service generally have a lower caseload when compared to neighbouring Local Authorities so you won't have to work evenings or weekends to catch up with work.
- Longer contracts are also being offered providing stability and security.
- This is an excellent opportunity to take on a long term assignment in a small team with a very supportive manager.
