Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, production planning, and resource management to achieve productivity and performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost control, process optimization, and on-time delivery.
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, legal, and quality standards (QHSE, ISO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations and business targets.
  • Manage 3 direct reports and lead talent development, cross-training, and succession planning.
  • Analyse data to support business decisions on pricing, customer demands, and operational enhancements.
  • Oversee reporting, budgeting, and operational KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally and support organizational culture and engagement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of operations leadership experience, ideally in MRO, aerospace, or complex manufacturing environments.
  • Proven background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement (CI), and low-volume/high-mix operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools (Oracle, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (Master's/MBA preferred).
