Role Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Engineer to join our dynamic team, looking after commercial sites such as:

  • Colleges
  • Schools
  • Office blocks
  • Walk-in NHS centres
  • Warehousing

You would need to have a building services background, covering the Midlands and East Midlands. The role offers ample opportunity for planned and reactive overtime to boost your earnings.

Key Details:

  • 40-hour work week (30 minutes lunch break, equating to an 8.5 hours per day)
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x normal rate for any hours exceeding 8.5 per day.
  • No on-call rota.
