Ready to break free from rigid structures and make your mark in a fast-growing, forward-thinking building automation company? This role would suit an experienced engineer who is feeling constrained by a larger team, or feels they have limited growth opportunities in their current role. Perhaps you feel you have no influence. Maybe you want more autonomy. Maybe you feel like you are a number in a bigger structure. Imagine a role where you're not boxed in by bureaucracy, and your ideas help shape the future of a business delivering intelligent building environments.
We're working with a small but growing BMS business operating across South Central and Greater London and they're on the lookout for a driven, independent BMS Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Tridium and Trend systems. You'll be attending service calls, commissioning systems, and delivering on-site engineering support across sectors like commercial offices, pharmaceutical spaces, and high-performance environments. Every day brings a new challenge — new clients, different systems, and the kind of real-world impact that only comes with working on-site and directly with stakeholders. It's varied, autonomous, and vital.
Shape Your Future, Not Just Your Workday
This role isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about stepping into a position where you can evolve, technically and professionally. Whether you're keen to develop your software skills, design intuitive front-end graphics packages, or move into project ownership, the path is there for you to take. You'll be part of a close-knit, agile team that supports your growth and values your input. And with minimal corporate red tape, the only limit is how far you want to go.
What's In It For You?
- £45,000 – £65,000 salary (negotiable depending on experience)
- Company vehicle provided for travel across the South Central region
- Flexible working arrangements built around your projects
- Support for your professional development and training
- Long-term progression with a company where you would be a key player.
- Real influence on your role, responsibilities and the tech you work with
This is the ideal next step for a BMS Engineer who's confident in their skills, thrives on independence, and wants to be part of something exciting — not just another cog in the machine.
If you're ready to work smarter, grow faster, and make a genuine difference in a rapidly modernising industry, we want to hear from you.
