Groundworks Foreman

My client is a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor with multiple live projects across Surrey and Sussex. We are currently recruiting a Groundworks Foreman to join the company and assist in managing a package consisting of roads, drainage and groundworks. My client has ongoing and continuous work for the right candidate. Foreman Responsibilities: • Reporting into the Project Manager and Contracts manager. • Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety • Keeping site diaries • Tool box talks • Quality Assurance. • Managing the labour and putting men to work safely. • Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised. • Liasing with the client, providing weekly/monthly progress reports. • Ordering materials. Foreman Requirements: • CSCS card. • SMSTS/SSSTS • First Aid • Experienced managing groundworks packages. • 5+ years management experience.
