Key responsibilities for this Architect role include:
- Lead projects from concept through construction, including design development, documentation, and contract administration.
- Manage client relationships, project budgets, timelines, and ensure quality assurance throughout.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate building systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site visits for surveys, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
What we’re looking for in this Architect role:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture, with ARB registration.
