Our client is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice specialising in residential projects. They collaborate closely with a range of engineers, designers, and craftsmen, ensuring a commitment to excellence at every stage of the process.

Key responsibilities for this Architect role include:

  • Lead projects from concept through construction, including design development, documentation, and contract administration.
  • Manage client relationships, project budgets, timelines, and ensure quality assurance throughout.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate building systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct site visits for surveys, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.

What we’re looking for in this Architect role:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Architecture, with ARB registration.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in architecture, showcasing successful project delivery.
