Our client, a successful large house builder, is looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a Telehandler ticket (1 hour a day max on the forklift). You will be working closely with the Site Manager on a residential construction site. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to develop his/her career in a long-term position.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Site Manager to support with health & safety, compliance and the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
- Working closely with subcontractors and site operatives.
- Handle deliveries and operate the forklift when required.
- Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and wider team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects.
- Must have a CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket.
