Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Haringey, North London Up to £65k + Package (Car/ Travel) Kenna Recruitment are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a key client of ours. The contractor in question is one with a fantastic reputation which shows in their work. This Quantity Surveyor is needed to come in and operate on a flagship project. As Quantity Surveyor on this Residential Redevelopment project, you will join towards the end of the first phase where you will join another Quantity Surveyor in carrying out the remainder of the duties to see the first phase successfully over the line. With nearly 1000 units, and some general commercial buidlings, as the Quantity Surveyor, you will report into the Senior Quantity Surveyor where after the first phase is complete, yuo will join your line manager on phase 2. The overall value of this project is over £100m.
