Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Manager to join our team and support our growing business. Reporting to the Head of Product Market Management, the Business Manager will collaborate across functions to develop, implement, and monitor strategies that optimize business performance. The successful candidate will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial analysis to support the company’s fiscal goals. Proficiency in business software, such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems, is essential for this role. The Business Manager will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward objectives and demonstrate agility in adapting strategies as required. A strong commercial awareness and experience are necessary for contributing to commercial proposals, ensuring appropriate pricing and accurate assumptions for development, support, and manufacturing costs.
