An excellent opportunity has become vacant! My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK's leading FM companies in a commercial offices/Retail environments.
A salary up to 40k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.
Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:
- Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.
- Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors.
Qualifications Required:
- City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum
- 18th Edition
