We are currently looking for a facilities coordinator to work on our clients high profile site in Belfast being the onsite contact for facilities. This role will involve you being responsible for the day to day running of he building, liaising with clients, topping up refreshment stations, placing orders and dealing with general office enquiries. The facilities coordinator role will be working from Monday to Friday on hours of 8am-5pm on a temporary ongoing contract. Facilities Coordinator Belfast £13.60ph – £16.60ph Temporary ongoing Full time Responsibilities: Responsible of day to day running of the office Ensuring sub contractors are let in and inducting them accordingly Dealing with helpdesk and booking of sub contractors Placing orders for the office e.g. stationery, coffee etc Ensuring refreshment points are clean and topped up Helping with general office enquiries Dealing with office and furniture moves for events/meetings Main point of contact for health an safety Liaising with clients and visitors Floor walk to ensure premises are always well kept and in good working condition We are looking for candidates that ideally have the below: Working within the facilities team of commercial property Sub contractor knowledge Basic knowledge of hard and soft services IT Literate – ideal to have experience using CAFM system Excellent communication skills Able to work in a team or unaided ** DUE TO THE LEVELS OF APPLICATIONS, ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
