Planned Maintenance Surveyor – London Location: London (Hybrid working available) Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) Represented by: Hyperion Partners Hyperion Partners is proud to be representing a respected and forward-thinking housing provider in their search for an experienced Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join their property services team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled surveyor to play a key role in the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and value for money across the housing portfolio. Key Responsibilities: * Lead on the planning and delivery of cyclical, planned, and preventative maintenance programmes. * Undertake stock condition and building surveys to assess component lifecycles and inform the asset management strategy. * Prepare detailed specifications and oversee the procurement of works and services. * Monitor contractor performance on-site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. * Provide expert technical advice to colleagues, residents, and external partners. * Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and housing standards. About You: * Proven experience in a similar planned maintenance or asset surveying role, ideally within social housing or residential property. * A relevant construction or surveying qualification (e.g. HNC/HND, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent). * Strong knowledge of building pathology planned maintenance cycles, and contract administration. * Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to teamworking. * Proficiency in using asset management systems and Microsoft Office applications
