Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Join Excell Supply

Start Date: ASAP | Contract: Flexible, supply basis | Pay: £100- £130 per day (dependant on experience)

What you\’ll be doing

• Delivering planned lessons in the teacher\’s absence
• Running small group interventions and catch-up sessions
• Supporting behaviour and engagement in class
• Assisting with preparation and feedback
• Guiding other support staff when required

What you\’ll need

• HLTA qualification
• Classroom experience, ideally leading groups or classes
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A flexible, proactive approach and strong communication skills
