About the role: Since being incorporated 30 years ago, our client has specialised in both brick and blockwork contracting. They work mainly in the commercial and residential sectors and are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The Role & Requirements:
- Exciting job opportunity for an ambitious, diligent and hard-working Quantity Surveyor.
- You will be part of a team supporting our business growth whilst developing your own skills providing professional advice to clients within our environment.
- It is important for the successful candidate to have a team ethic as well as a competent ability to work independently.

- Provide monthly cost-value reconciliations & report any movements in the forecast final accounts.
- Must be a reliable and trustworthy person who has proven experience of performing in our ever-changing & challenging industry.
- Have a Measurement as well as a Surveying background to possess the ability to negotiate, secure tenders through to completion.
- Brick and blockwork experience is essential.
- Strong references required.
