The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are recruiting for Learning Support Workers to join an exceptional school and sixth form based in Derbyshire, which has an excellent reputation for both students and staff. Although initially the positions are temporary, there are permanent opportunities for the right candidate. This is a term-time post only, and we are looking to register candidates who can provide support to students, teachers, curriculum, and the school on a daily basis. The school's students are aged between 5 and 20, and they are passionate about transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs, anxieties, and phobias.

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Understanding of SEND children and meeting their individual needs
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Previous classroom/support experience
  • GCSE English & Maths at C and above
  • NVQ Level III (Teaching Assistant) - desirable but not essential
