WSR are recruiting for an Admin Assistant for our esteemed client in Holsworthy.

Job Title: Admin Assistant
Role Type: Temporary – minimum 4 weeks
Start Date: Immediate start pending InterviewLocation: Holsworthy
Pay Rate: GBP14 to GBP15.30 p/h

Admin Assistant Role Overview:

Are you detail-oriented and love keeping things organised?

We re looking for a motivated Accounts Admin Assistant to support our busy office in Holsworthy. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

• Entering invoices and managing records in our systems
• Assisting with payment runs and keeping suppliers in the loop
• Creating customer invoices and handling account queries
• Supporting the team with admin tasks and keeping everything running smoothly
• Helping improve how we do things and suggesting smarter ways to work

Admin Assistant Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:

• Confident with data entry and office systems (SAGE experience is a bonus!)
• Comfortable learning new tools and tasks (we provide training!)
• A great team player with strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
