We are looking for a Flagship Store Manager to lead this store in the busy, high profile Stratford location. Ideal Candidate : * Will have experience in managing a team (ideally up to 20) within an Accessories/ Beauty/ fashion/lifestyle environment * Solid Retail experience working in face to face retail * Deep understanding of KPI\’s: Sales & operational * Love visual merchandising and keeping a store to high standards * Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and really enjoy being on the shop floor * Excellent management skills to lead & develop your team Competitive salary and benefits : Please note the basic salary is guide and does depend on the experience of the candidate.
