Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them hire a Senior User Researcher for an initial 3 months (extension highly likely). This role has been deemed to fall inside IR35.

Key requirements:

  • Professional user research experience
  • Professional experience of working with Service Design, Content Design and User Research
  • Experience working to the GDS service standard and undertaking service assessments
  • Advocate for a user-centred approach in design, development and delivery by making research visible to the team
  • Develop consistent ways of working, in collaboration with other user centred design disciplines
  • Ability to help an organisation adopt a wide range of user research methods, and to choose the correct methods for the user group and desired outcome

You will be required to work in the office 1 day per week, 4 days from home.
