Weβre looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with solid Sage 50 to support both our accounting and office operations. Key Responsibilities πΌ Accounting & Sage 50: * Maintain accurate records: A/P, A/R, general ledger * Reconcile bank statements and resolve queries * Process invoices and manage vendor accounts * Assist with basic financial reports and analysis ποΈ Administrative Support: * Logistic reporting weekly. * Data Entry on CRM system * Liaise with external parties to organise deliveries and collections from external suppliers. π¦ Other: * Assist with ad hoc tasks across departments What Youβll Need β Proficiency in Sage 50 & general accounting software β Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail β Strong communication and interpersonal skills β Able to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer β¨ Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) π Full training provided π Access to a comprehensive range of company benefits Hours of work.
