This vital role focuses on developing and executing holistic, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to enhance customer awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the company’s products. The successful candidate will play a key part in guiding customers and potential customers through the AIDA funnel—awareness, interest, desire, and action—ultimately converting them into loyal advocates and repeat customers. The role also involves supporting sales teams and channel partners through strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and building strong relationships at every stage of the customer journey.
