About The Business: An opportunity has arisen to join a community driven financial services business who are about to scale and transform. This is a senior leadership role where you will play a key part as the CFO in shaping the financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and providing strategic direction for the business as it scales to the next level.
A Day In The Life As the CFO:
- Lead the development and execution of the financial strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive business growth and ensure financial success.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Play a central role in leading the financial transformation efforts to ensure the business is ready for scaling.
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and that financial processes are efficient and effective.
