Are you an experienced Course sales professional?

If you have experience converting leads to learners and enrolling candidates onto paid training courses and experience managing a sales team then we would love to speak to you.

  • Hands on manager role with own sales targets as well as managing overall team sales targets
  • Set individual targets for team members and coach and train to hit sales figures.
  • Work closely with marketing team whom bring in leads and learners, and convert these leads to sales with a sales target and KPIs to hit for course sales figures
  • Enrol people onto Digital and CIPD training courses
  • B2C role selling direct to professional learners
  • Grow the team, train and develop and add headcount
  • Work with marketing on new ideas for candidate attraction and engagement to secure more learners
  • Conduct webinars and candidate events to secure interest from potential learners.

The ideal candidate

  • Will have worked for a training or apprenticeship provider in a sales capacity
  • You will have ideally sold training courses
  • You will have experience managing 3-5 sales consultants
  • Have a long term view to grow and build the team and be promoted internally

Key details

  • 2 days a week in the office in central London
  • £37.5 to £42.5K base
  • OTE approx. £5-£9K
