Our client manufactures, distributes, sells and markets some of the world's strongest brands in non-alcoholic beverages. It is a leading Western European marketer, distributor, and producer of bottles and can non-alcoholic refreshment.

Job type: Temporary - ongoing

Pay rate: £13.65 - £14.65

Shifts: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

Location: Nottingham, NG2 3DQ.

Our production facility completes a varied mix of tasks to support all of our cooler, vending and post mix equipment. Our core operation deals with the refurbishment of coolers and vendors, involving multiple processes.

We also house a digital printing facility, sift and sort operation, parts storage, small parts assembly and shelving washing operation, all within the compact production area. Elsewhere on site we are home to our cold drinks equipment technical department, contact centre (co-ordinating our field engineers), along with our logistics and supply planning teams.

What to expect:

You will report into a Team Leader working as part of our production team. You are expected to work efficiently and safely, often using your own initiative after the appropriate training.

Key responsibilities could include:

  • Hand cleaning of machines
  • Fault diagnostics and repair using new parts and hand tools
  • Working in the DA/Spray/CO2 booths
  • Sift and Sort - processing returned parts and waste
  • Shelving refurbishment - operation of the dish washer and packing shelving
  • The assembly of small parts using hand tools
  • Uphold Safety and Health And Safety Regulations, our no.1 priority
  • Manual Handling

Skills & Essentials:

  • Familiarity with the use of tools
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to fault find and problem solve
  • PC literate
  • Able to work as part of a team or alone, with little supervision
  • Adaptable and flexible to change
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must
  • Good attitude and communication in line with our Ways of Working
