Job Opportunity: Family Support Worker – Sefton 🌟 Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Initial 3 months (possibility of extension) Location: Sefton, Merseyside We are seeking a compassionate and committed Family Support Worker to join our team in Sefton. Key Responsibilities: Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and their families. Work alongside multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for families. Undertake home visits and community-based work as part of your caseload. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.Requirements: Previous experience working directly with children and families. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
