Site Cleaner CSCS – Long-Term Temporary Position Location: Prestwich, Manchester Duration: 18-24 Months (potentially longer) Start Date: June 2025 We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking CSCS Site Cleaner to join a busy construction site in Prestwich, Manchester. This is a long-term temporary role expected to last 18-24 months, offering consistent work in a supportive environment. The project is hoping to support local people into work and provide opportunities within the community. We are looking to speak to people living within the Bury Council Areas making the journey easily commutable and accessible. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness of welfare facilities, site offices, and communal areas Assisting with general site tidiness and cleanliness Adhering to health and safety regulations at all timesRequirements: Previous site cleaning experience is a must Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Must live locally or within a commutable distance of Prestwich CSCS Card is a must Hours: Monday to Friday – part-time and full-time hours available Rate: Competitive hourly pay (dependent on experience) PAYE or Umbrella – £12.21 + This is a fantastic opportunity for local talent seeking stable, long-term employment.
