Senior Project Manager - High End Residential

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: – Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. – Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and budgets. – Lead project execution by coordinating with team members and ensuring effective communication. – Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track. – Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may affect project outcomes. – Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. – Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team engagement and motivation. – Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible. Qualifications: – At least 10 years of experience in project management in Construction. – Proven experience with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project). – Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. – Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
