We are working with a well-established company that specialises in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, installation, and reactive repairs across the hospitality, healthcare, education, and leisure sectors. Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service on commercial gas catering equipment
- Diagnose faults on commercial ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances
- Complete planned maintenance, servicing, and emergency repairs to high standards
- Work independently across a regional patch with full support from the head office
- Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and company procedures
- Comcat 1, 2, 3, and 5 certification (essential)
- Valid CCCN1 gas safety qualification
- Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer or Commercial Gas Engineer with catering equipment
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment servicing and fault finding
- Full UK driving licence
- 45.8k basic salary with door-to-door pay and overtime rates
- Company van (fully expensed) + fuel card + tools + uniform
