Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service on commercial gas catering equipment
  • Diagnose faults on commercial ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances
  • Complete planned maintenance, servicing, and emergency repairs to high standards
  • Work independently across a regional patch with full support from the head office
  • Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and company procedures
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Comcat 1, 2, 3, and 5 certification (essential)
  • Valid CCCN1 gas safety qualification
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer or Commercial Gas Engineer with catering equipment
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment servicing and fault finding
  • Full UK driving licence
