Supported Housing Worker – Bristol

Salary: £25,235 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent

We\’re looking for a Supported Housing Worker to help people across Bristol and South Gloucestershire maintain safe housing and improve their lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and assess client needs
• Support with benefits, budgeting, and tenancy issues
• Work with partner agencies and volunteers to create support plans
• Keep clear and accurate records
• Visit housing sites and attend community meetings

• Flexibility and good communication skills
• Willingness to join an out-of-hours on-call rota
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance)
