The Service Administrator will be key to the efficient operation of our client’s service department, overseeing the coordination of service activities, managing invoicing, and maintaining accurate maintenance schedules. Job Description:
- Manage purchase orders and invoices for equipment, parts, and services.
- Verify invoice accuracy in line with warranty terms and service contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date Health and Safety compliance documentation.
- Support the upkeep of detailed machinery records, including specifications, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service histories.
- Coordinate the scheduling of contract services and repairs, and handle parts ordering.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the repair workshop, working closely with hire desk staff and engineers as needed.
Person Specification:
- Prior experience in service administration or operations coordination is advantageous, though not essential.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
