We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our client’s busy service department in Gravesend. This is a key role responsible for coordinating service operations, managing invoicing and documentation, and supporting the day-to-day running.

To be considered, you must have previous experience in a Service Administration role – this is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process purchase orders and invoices for equipment, parts, and services.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices, particularly in relation to warranty terms and service agreements.
  • Keep Health and Safety compliance documentation up to date.
  • Maintain comprehensive machinery records, including service histories, specifications, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
  • Schedule contract servicing and repairs, and coordinate parts ordering.
  • Support the repair workshop and liaise with hire desk staff and engineers to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Service Administrator position – essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
What’s On Offer:
  • Salary: Β£25,000 – Β£32,000 depending on experience.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm.
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays (3 days to be used over the Christmas period).
