What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruitment Operations:
- Advertise job roles across job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates.
- Ensure every candidate receives a respectful and positive experience.
- Support the Talent Resourcing team in delivering high-quality recruitment services to our clients.
- Prepare reports and documentation for client updates and reviews.
- Share relevant company updates on your personal professional networks.
- Take part in team meetings and contribute updates on your tasks.
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships alongside the Talent Resourcing team.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
- Assist in preparing regular performance and progress reports.
- Collaborate with our Talent Partners to keep candidate records accurate and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all HR documentation meets required standards.
- Raise any personal HR or payroll concerns with your manager as needed.
- Confirm candidate salary expectations are in line with client budgets before submission.
- Track and submit company expenses in a timely and organised manner.
