About the Role

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you ll work closely with teachers and students, helping to deliver engaging lessons and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. You ll provide individual and small group support, assist with classroom activities, and play an important role in helping students reach their full potential both academically and personally.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and daily classroom activities

• Working one-to-one or in small groups with students who need extra help

• Assisting pupils with additional needs academic, emotional, or behavioural

• Promoting a positive learning environment and encouraging student confidence

• Helping with classroom organisation and administrative tasks
