Immediate temporary customer service work! Start ASAP. Customer Advisors needed for an immediate start in Exeter (Peninsula Business Park) working for a high-profile, high-quality Customer Service Centre. This is a temporary role working 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday and the hourly rate is £13.10.

What will you be doing?
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. You’ll be talking to customers, dealing with any queries. You need to be able to work quickly in an empathetic and calm manner. You’ll be providing advice and guidance about a variety of issues, keeping the customers updated about progress and checking satisfaction levels.
