Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional Secretary to support a busy and fast-paced property team. This is an urgent requirement and an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a varied role. The position will involve providing secretarial support, assisting with the preparation of property particulars, managing correspondence and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and supporting the team's wider activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality secretarial support to the team
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading property particulars and marketing materials
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Handling incoming correspondence, calls, and emails
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Experience and Skills Requirements:
