TITLE: HR Manager JOB REF: TP 3450 EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary Maternity Leave up until Nov/Dec 2025 LOCATION: Castle Donington SALARY: £40,000 – £42,000 depending on experience HOURS: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced, qualified HR Manager to oversee and manage the HR function for the business The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity to work within a creative, independent UK business with offices and client reach across the globe. Role profile: * Implement all business HR duties * Put in place recruitment processes and procedures to streamline the process of on boarding new staff members, assisting hiring managers * Draft all contractual paperwork and offer letters * Adhere to company best practice and governmental compliance at all times * Handle all staff queries including disciplinary action, grievances, appraisals, training etc. * Various other duties as and when required Person Profile * Experienced HR Management professional * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * A leader who can imagine and implement processes and practices to enhance the company HR function * Confidential and discrete * Approachable and professional Required Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related field and/or equivalent work experience * Previous experience in a similar role * Thorough understanding of employment legislation * Experience in change management * CIPD preferred Due to the number of responses generated we are unable to get back to every applicant.
