Job description We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Plumber for our client in Barrow. You will work in a dedicated team and undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. In this role, you will be responsible for the planned maintenance of the building engineering services ensuring compliance with the specifications, schedules and procedures, ensuring that all communication channels are utilised to keep both the client and company informed.We’re looking for someone to achieve a prompt and effective response to emergency situations, who will be capable to diagnose faults and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within the premises. Liaising with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines, you will ensure the efficient operation of the client’s site as to minimise difficulties with the building environmental systems. Building Maintenance Plumber, we’re looking for; In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team. * NVQ Level 2 & 3 Plumbing & or Heating or Building services C&G * Ability to demonstrate good oral, written communication skills * Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance services as well as the ability to multi task * Valid UK Driving licence
