Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Mental Healthcare Worker to work at one of our Independent Hospitals in Darlington.

Shifts:

Monday to Sunday

Shift Times:

Flexible Shifts: 07:30-19:30 Days, 19:30-07:30 Nights, Ad Hoc

Rate:

PAYE Inclusive, £12.83 – £18.31 per hour depending on day of week and shift time

Service Information

The service is a specialist inpatient facility for adults with mental health issues, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. As a Mental Healthcare Worker, you will work within a multidisciplinary team.

You will work under the supervision of a qualified nurse and should possess good communication skills, excellent teamwork abilities, be highly self-motivated, flexible, and have some understanding of mental health conditions.

Person Specification

The successful applicant must have:

• Recent experience (within the last 6-12 months) working in mental health in the UK
• Excellent communication skills
• Fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
• PMVA or MAPA training certificate dated within the last 12 months
• Mandatory training certificate dated within the last 12 months
• Ability to work flexibly and commit to the specified working hours
• Availability for full-time hours
• No sponsorships available
