Employee Relations Manager Location: Reading (Hybrid working available) Contract Type: Fixed-term A leading cultural and academic organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to provide dedicated HR support to one of its key departments. This role will play a central part in delivering people-focused solutions during a period of organisational change, with a particular emphasis on employee relations and workforce realignment. Working at both strategic and operational levels, you’ll partner with senior managers to advise on a wide range of HR matters and support the implementation of new ways of working. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring fair, consistent, and effective HR practices throughout a period of significant transition. Provide high-quality HR advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management. Lead on complex casework, ensuring outcomes align with policy, employment law, and organisational values. Support the design and implementation of workforce change initiatives, including restructures, role changes, and consultation processes. Build effective working relationships across teams and contribute to the development of HR policies and processes. You’ll be an experienced HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), and a strong background in employee relations. You’ll have demonstrable experience managing complex HR cases and advising at a senior level.
