You will be supporting people within their own homes in rebuilding their confidence and independence, as well as assisting in achieving their personal goals. About you Previous experience as a Care Assistant/Support Worker or, in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided. A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
