Job Duties for the Warehouse Operative:
- Working from pick sheets and lists, picking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Quality checking products for any damages.
- Once trained picking from picking platform.
- Assisting the team in stock counts.
- Checking pick machinery and report any issues.
- Keep track and log pick numbers throughout shift.
- Hand picking customer orders and using side loading trucks.
- Can involve heavy lifting.
- Loading and unloading containers.
Additional Information for the Warehouse Operatives:
- 40 hours week.
- 3 weekly rotation.
- Monday to Friday 06.00 - 14.00 then Monday to Friday 14.00 - 22.00 then Sunday to Thursday 22.00 - 06.00.
- 30 minutes paid break.
- £13.67 per hour AM, £14.22 per hour PM, £15.14 per hour Nights.
Previous experience and skills of the Warehouse Operative:
- Ability to manually lift products of up to 25KG.
- Able to operate hand held scanner.
- Able to work at heights.
- Previous experience on MHE, Reach and Counterbalance FLTs desirable.
