Location: Various areas across Dorset
- £12.86- £13.08 per hour weekdays
- Enhanced rate of £15.51 for weekends
- Full-time, part-time, weekends
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- Travel time between clients paid
- Refer a friend scheme up to £300

About the role:
Each day as a Reablement Assistant is different. You will be supporting people within their own homes in rebuilding their confidence and independence, as well as assisting in achieving their personal goals.
About you:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant/Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
- A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
