Your Skills / Background:

SAP, production, planning, manufacturing, coordination, warehouse, transport operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production planning to ensure smooth warehousing and transport operations for key customers and third-party contracts.
• Support all aspects of production planning and administration, including sales orders, procurement, warehousing, and distribution across SAP systems.
• Maintain the daily production schedule to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational requirements.
• Ensure effective customer service through various communication channels.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce operating costs.
• Control stock and costs effectively.
• Support product sampling, wastewater testing, and tank inspections.
• Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

About You:

Strong numeracy and statistical skills, proficient in Excel and SAP. Forklift license is desirable. Flexible, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a team player.
