About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Appian Lead to join our team in London. This role involves leading the design and development of Appian applications and supporting a team of developers. You'll work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Appian applications including process models, interfaces, and integrations
- Guide and support junior Appian developers
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Support testing, deployment, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements
- Maintain technical documentation
- Run workshops and break down requirements into development tasks
