EHCP Coordinator

Overview

Job Title: EHCP Writer – Hybrid

Location: Barking (Hybrid Working)

Pay Rate: 280-300 per day

Job Type: Contract Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Write and update high-quality EHCPs in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Liaise with parents, schools, health and social care professionals to gather and integrate information.
• Ensure outcomes and provisions are specific, measurable, and tailored to each child\\\’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records and work to statutory timescales.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.
• Previous experience writing or coordinating EHCPs within a local authority or education setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

• Experience in a SEND Case officer, coordinator role.
