Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking 6 exceptional Advanced Practitioners to join our Children and Families Social Care Team . This is a fantastic opportunity for confident, skilled professionals with a passion for practice leadership , quality assurance , and mentoring others to deliver the highest standards of social work. Offer practice leadership and support to less experienced social workers. Manage a complex caseload while modelling excellent social work practice . Contribute to quality assurance , audit activities , and service development. Work collaboratively with colleagues and multi-agency partners to safeguard and support vulnerable children and their families. A qualified social worker , registered with Social Work England . Minimum three years post-qualifying experience in statutory children\’s services.
