An opportunity has now arisen for an Electrical Design Engineer to join the team, providing technical support to live projects. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Designing electrical upgrades for commercial premises.
- Providing expert advice to clients on new switchgear and low voltage panels/distribution boards.
- Specifying installation requirements for EV charging equipment.
- Developing AC connections for Solar PV systems.
- Designing new electrical equipment and infrastructure for clients.
- Producing design specifications and Invitation to Tender documents.
- Overseeing installations to ensure they meet design criteria and specifications.
The post also requires someone with strong AutoCAD skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with a solid understanding of electrical systems in commercial environments.
